We find out in about an hour if we are the new owners of this home. If I have Joel Wright come over, he can cook some nasty food and kill any lingering smells that might be left behind. Check out Dub's blog (www.wrightsstuff.blogspot.com). Joel is a sweet friend, a Carolina Hurricanes fan, and possibly the healthiest person I know. He actually jogs for enjoyment. He also happens to be one of the best teachers I've ever seen. That me and him are good friends completely boggles my mind. It is weird, because I don't even really like him! Joel Wright, that sweet thing.
UPDATE: We didn't get the house, missing out on what would be the equivalent of about $10 a month over the next number of years. Easy come, easy go.
