The Promised Land Indeed!

It was a gruelling day in the snow, and worth every penny. After clearing snow, and then realizing we were fighting a losing battle, we decided to play. Needless to say, the "ice" was very sloppy. After two hours of pulling our groins on slippery pavement, we settled on one game to 3, winner take all. I am happy to report that the "oldtimers" (Babych, Big, and Beim) came out victorious. Hats off to Joe, Gino, and Danny for putting up a fight. Sometimes you just can't put a price on experience. And of course,Mr. James Bisschop, our regular goalie, did not disappoint. It is one thing to flash the leather in nice weather, but he has some saves today that showed skills you just can't teach. This is what I live for, this is my Sportscenter.
