I have yogurt for breakfast almost every morning. Yogurt (also spelled yogourt or yoghurt) is a semi-solid fermented milk product which originated centuries ago in Bulgaria. If I have one choice for going out to a restaurant for a meal, it would be breakfast. Then I wouldn't have yogurt but two eggs(over medium), with hashbrowns(ketchup), toast (brown), and coffee (1 cream, 1 sugar). If I feel rich, I will get bacon, never sausages. I just have never gotten into omelettes. If I ever go out for lunch, always salad or I become sleepy in the afternoon.
Note: Each Canadian ate 4.9 litres of yogurt on average last year, up from 4.8 litres in 2005 and 2.2 litres a decade earlier.
I love yogurt but you will never catch me eating blueberry or raspberry. I prefer (in this order) peach, strawberry, vanilla, bananna. If I have plain yogurt, I prefery pancake syrup on top. I prefer yogurt that is pre-mixed rather than fruit on the bottom. Fruit on the bottom tends to be too rich and sugary for my taste buds. My favorite is yoplait, but it is too expensive. I generally go with Danone Creamy, which is 90 calories but tastes much better than the low-fat version. Like with most things these days, I don't see any mention of trans-fats.

Wow, when you update, you really update! Have fun with all those classes/papers etc. Oh ya, peach is my number one too.
have you tried the 'whipped' versions?
have fun camping.
Whipped? I'm not ready for that. I'm just getting used to the fact that all yogurts have equal rights.
