The week that was and is to come...

Too many pictures to show from a great week in Parksville on the beach. I would've posted them last night but we were in the middle of earth hour, which was somewhat annoying to me, especially since our militant kids not only turned off all the lights, they unplugged everything in the house. Everything. I spent an hour resetting clocks et al by the time it was 9:05 (because they noted we didn't start till 8:05 because Bev didn't want to change a diaper in the dark). Anyways, here are a few picture.:

Anneke walking on the beach

Anneke reading "Prince Caspian" to Corina

Madelyn on the beach

Bev and Madelyn on the beach

Corina and Emma on the beach next to Rathtrevor provincial park

We hiked a couple of kms around Qualicum Falls

Then we went from the ferry straight to my mom's 70th birthday party. Special thanks to Marg and Soph for doing all the work there. And their toast to my mom was beautiful.

My brothers and sisters

My wonderful mom and dad

And finally, tomorrow night is the night I've been waiting for...for a long time. It ranks right up there with U2 as the concert I've wanted to always see.
